Program Development

Program Development is a support unit to JRF program staff, and focuses its efforts on strategic program development within JRF, and accordingly, institutional donor cultivation and project funding acquisition to ensure the continued and sustainable implementation of programs.

Program Development generates program-based funding and establishes partnerships to expand JRF programs technically and strategically. To achieve this goal, Program Development works with JRF staff to determine program-based funding needs, organizes a donor mapping system to include local, regional and international donor agencies, conducts regular meetings with prospective donor agencies and trains JRF staff in proposal writing. Additionally, this unit leads the effort to establish an international presence for the Foundation. Currently, JRF is registered in France, the US and the UK.
