Integrity, Accountability, and Complaints Response Mechanism
Jordan River Foundation (JRF) is committed to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, transparency, safeguarding, and ethical conduct across all its operations, programs, projects, partnerships, and services.
JRF maintains a formal External Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM) that enables beneficiaries, stakeholders, partners, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and members of the public to safely report concerns, complaints, allegations, or suspected wrongdoing related to JRF activities.

Reports may be submitted confidentially or anonymously through JRF’s designated reporting channels. JRF prohibits retaliation against any individual reporting concerns in good faith or cooperating in an investigation.
All complaints and allegations are assessed and processed according to their nature, severity, and urgency. Critical cases are escalated to specialized Investigation Committees composed of personnel with the required expertise and competencies to conduct investigations objectively, independently, professionally, and confidentially.
