Zain Jo Renews Partnership with JRF Supporting Child Safety Initiatives

Zain Jordan has renewed its long-standing partnership with the Jordan River Foundation (JRF), reaffirming its commitment to empowering local communities—especially women and children—and strengthening cooperation in community service across the Kingdom’s governorates.
This continued collaboration reflects Zain’s cemented belief in JRF’s vital role in empowering individuals and communities and helping them address their economic and social challenges. It also underscores the company’s dedication to supporting the Foundation’s programs, particularly its child protection initiatives.
Under the renewed agreement, Zain continues to provide exclusive telecom and internet services for JRF’s Child Safety Program. The company will also maintain its support for the Foundation’s 110 Family and Child Helpline; a free counseling service offering referrals; protecting families and children against all forms of abuse. Zain continues under the agreement to provide specialized trainings for the helpline’s counselors; leveraging their skills in responding to cases related to child and family safety.
This year, Zain has launched two awareness campaigns promoting the helpline’s services: one via its social media channels and another through targeted text messages to subscribers. These efforts aim to raise public awareness of the helpline and how to access it. Zain has also organized two advanced training sessions for JRF’s staff, addressing digital transformation and mental health.
This partnership, now spanning over a decade, reflects the shared values of social responsibility and humanitarian work between Zain and JRF, and their joint mission to foster a safe and supportive environment for children and families across Jordan.
